Off by one isn’t just a programming error. This whole stack was racked with one side higher than the other. I took advantage of a scheduled shutdown to pull them all and fix the rails. It was bugging me for a year.
Had a remote user remove the back cover of her laptop. Sent a video on how to safely do this. When asked, she said “the video didn’t say to unscrew it!”
